Shipping Policy – Echonautz

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, so customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before completing the purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Echonautz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transit time rests with the shipping provider. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Any costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is secure. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Echonautz cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or disappearance thereafter.

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence. Reports submitted after this period may not be considered as transport-related damage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Echonautz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, return shipments, or additional costs payable by the customer.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address information, any return shipping costs or additional fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.

This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union law, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
